Oakview Property Solutions was started by John & Valerie Buhmeyer with the goal of creating win-win outcomes for both sellers and buyers in the real estate market.
John entered the real estate investing space after serving 20+ years in the United States Air Force. Valerie worked 20+ years in various corporate and consulting roles as a process improvement and project management professional before joining John to invest in real estate full time.
We serve Atlanta and surrounding areas as part of a growing national family of real estate investors who help sellers get their homes sold and renters become owners through our programs. Over the last 8+ years, we have collectively completed 800+ of these types of transactions around the country with great results!
